Free Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $100, no matter how large the order, no matter which province you're in.
• Shipping time for in stock orders is typically 1-2 days everywhere in Canada, depending on the time of day at which the order was submitted.
• In most cases if your order is placed before 3:30pm EST and all your items are in stock, your order will be shipped that day and be delivered on the following business day.
• If the delivery address is relatively close to one of our warehouses, the part will often be delivered that day.
• We ship from warehouses located in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia in order to minimize delivery time. In some cases, if the part you are ordering is only in stock in a warehouse that is far from your location, free shipping may take 3-5 business days.
• If the part is available but not yet in stock, sourcing parts from our suppliers takes up to 5 business days to reach our warehouse and your parts will be shipped immediately upon arrival. You may contact us for more details.
Northern Saskatchewan, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: Free shipping may not be applicable. If you live in a very remote area that is only periodically serviced by Canada Post, free shipping may not be applicable. For more information, please contact us.
Free Shipping may or may not apply to special orders
In some very rare cases (ie. backorders) shipping may take up to 10 business days. To be sure, contact us.
Returns
In the event that you should need to return a product whether damaged or not as ordered, please contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of the purchase date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All our returns are handled by FedEx, even if the part was delivered by another service. Once a pickup has been scheduled, the driver will pick up the part(s), handle all paperwork for you, and deliver it to our closest warehouse. No action is required on your part. Do not ship the product back until you have received and RMA number. All shipments must be insured and have a tracking number.
If the return is due to an error on the part of CoolDirect, we will assume the cost of shipping the item back to us. The customer must use the shipping label provided by CoolDirect to return the item. Please open packaging carefully. If the package is undamaged, no restocking fee will be charged. If the packaging is damaged beyond simply having been opened, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Returns (not exchanges) not due to our error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the (incorrect) item to CoolDirect.
Parts that have been installed cannot be returned. Refunds are made via the original form of payment only and will only be applied after we have received the return and have resolved all issues.
Exchanges

We work very quickly to ensure that minimal time is lost due of an unfortunate situation. Exchanges must be in original condition and packaged in undamaged cartons. There are no restocking fees for exchanges, as long as the packaging in undamaged. All our returns are handled by FedEx, even if the part was delivered by another service. Damaged goods
Our outstanding claims experience with our shippers attests to the care that is taken in packaging to prevent shipping damage. Any claim for damage must be made to us immediately upon receipt. Be sure to save the box and all packing materials. We cannot credit you for the damaged merchandise until the shipper acknowledges the claim.
To expedite matters, we recommend that you refuse delivery of damaged packages and contact us immediately. If the package is only slightly damaged, we recommend you open it in the presence of the driver. If you don't notice the damage until the driver has gone, please document the damaged cartons or parts by taking clear photos of the damage and contact us immediately.
Special Orders
All special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order and the remaining 50% will be due before the item(s) is(are) shipped out to the customer. There are no returns on special orders.
Prices
Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be made at prices prevailing at time of shipment. If you purchase a part and the price is lowered within 14 days following your purchase, the difference will be credited to you upon request.
Price Match Guarantee
In order to complete eligibility for the CoolDirect Price Protection, you will need to meet two conditions: 1. the item in question must be the same brand/product/model/finish etc. 2. You must also provide us with a valid URL link of the product that you are requesting Price Protection for. If the sale is not located on the web, we will need a full print verified advertisement from reliable sources or a printed quote.
Processing your order at the matched price is done at the discretion of CoolDirect and is subject to evaluation using the terms and conditions below.
Price comparison includes merchandise selling price plus equivalent shipping method and handling charges. The item must be identical and available for purchase from an authorized Canadian dealer and not a pricing error. Excludes manufacturer restrictions, rebates, liquidations, auction sites such as Ebay, coupons, promotional offers, employee discounts and membership club stores. Price matched discounts cannot be combined with CoolDirect promotional offers.
On rare occasions, erroneous price or availability listings may appear on this site. While we apologize for the inconvenience such an error may cause, CoolDirect reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update any related orders. We also reserve the right not to price match against any erroneous price listing on this site or any other site. One price match request per order please.
